How is Chat with Sense making sure my data is protected?

OpenAI does not use Chat with Sense Inputs or Outputs to train its models. Chat with Sense leverages large language models from OpenAI. Chat with Sense follows our existing security practices. Chat with Sense never runs queries itself -- it only creates instructions for the Heap app to run queries. Any customer-specific Inputs are inserted by the Heap app and the query is run by the frontend of the Heap app itself.
