Can I opt out of the Chat with Sense Beta if I change my mind?

This is a free Beta offering to allow Customers the chance to have early access to Chat with Sense. While the intention is that Heap will work with you to gather feedback during the Beta period to improve Chat with Sense, it's at your discretion to withdraw from the Beta should you choose by providing us with 10 days prior written notice.
