Click the Copy replay link above the replay player to copy the link to your clipboard. This link will open the replay starting from the beginning.
To send an email of a replay:
- Find the exact moment you want the replay to start on
- Click Share replay
- Optional: fill in the recipients email and leave a note
- Click Share to send an email of the replay starting at the exact time you selected
The person you share the replay with will only be able to watch it if they have a Heap account and they’re a member of your organization. If you share a replay with someone who does not have a Heap account, we will prompt them to make one when the try to visit the link.
