The Exclude IP Addresses functionality is the primary method to block traffic from specific IP addresses.
One alternative that many of our customers utilize would be to create a segment within Heap for "Internal Users" which contains a list of the Identities/Emails of users on your team. Once this has been created, you can then filter reports to exclude users within this segment from your analysis.
