How is Sense Chat making sure my data is protected?

OpenAI does not use Sense Chat Inputs or Outputs to train its models. Sense Chat leverages large language models from OpenAI.  Sense Chat follows our existing security practices. Sense Chat never runs queries itself -- it only creates instructions for the Heap app to run queries. Any customer-specific Inputs are inserted by the Heap app and the query is run by the frontend of the Heap app itself. The Heap app frontend already has rigorous safeguards in place to protect customer data. To learn more about these safeguards and our security processes, please refer to our Trust Center.
