Accepting the AI Terms
Before you can access Sense Chat, you must accept the AI Service Schedule. The AI Service Schedule applies to all Sense products and features within the scope of your purchased services.
Click Ask AI Sense in the Overview or Analyze views in Heap to open the Sense Beta prompt that will ask you to accept the AI Service Schedule.
How long does the Beta last?
The Sense Chat Beta continues until one of the following events occurs:
- Heap notifies you that the Beta will come to an end
- You terminate your participation by providing Heap with 10 days prior written notice
- There is a commercial release of a feature based on the Sense Chat Beta
Pricing after the Beta
Heap has no current plans to charge for Sense Chat. If that changes, Beta participants will be informed before any pricing is announced at general availability.
In the event of a commercial release, there will be no automatic conversion to a paid service. For continued access, you may be required to purchase a subscription plan subject to separate terms and conditions.
