Accepting the AI Terms
Before you can access Sense Chat, you must accept the AI Service Schedule. The AI Service Schedule applies to all Sense products and features within the scope of your purchased services.
Click Ask AI Sense in the Overview or Analyze views in Heap to open the Sense Beta prompt that will ask you to accept the AI Service Schedule.
How long does the Beta last?
Sense Chat will remain in Beta for the foreseeable future. We have no current timeline for a general release.

- Heap notifies you that the Beta is ending
- You choose to opt out by giving Heap 10 days written notice
- Sense Chat moves to a commercial release
Pricing after the Beta
Sense Chat is currently free for all Beta participants. Heap has no plans to charge for it at this time. If that changes, you’ll be notified before any pricing takes effect at general availability — and there will be no automatic conversion to a paid plan. Continued access after a commercial release would require purchasing a subscription under separate terms.
