Can I opt out of the Sense Chat Beta if I change my mind?

This is a free Beta offering to allow Customers the chance to have early access to Sense Chat. While the intention is that Heap will work with you to gather feedback during the Beta period to improve Sense Chat, it's at your discretion to withdraw from the Beta should you choose by providing us with 10 days prior written notice.
