No. We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with OpenAI to ensure Sense’s compliance with GDPR. As a result, your use of Sense Chat will not impact your current GDPR compliance program. As always, you can use the tools we provide in our online documentation to maintain compliance with GDPR. OpenAI will process data as a Contentsquare subprocessor for the purposes of the Sense Chat Beta. Please see Contentsquare’s subprocessor list.
