Input and Output may be used by Heap to improve the Chat with Sense Beta, see clauses 5 and 6 of the Chat with Sense Early Access Program Terms.
Input data is restricted to Heap employees with access to internal Heap dashboards. For example, we look at which Inputs are causing negative feedback so we can quickly try to reproduce and diagnose the issue.
Access to Output data is restricted to the Chat with Sense engineering team, who has access to our internal system logs.
Select additional Heap employees may be given access to Input and Output as required. For example, if we see high usage volumes, we may staff dedicated support/operations teams to help identify and diagnose issues with Chat with Sense to provide a better customer experience.
