GDPR compliance
We have signed a Data Processing Agreement with OpenAI to ensure Sense's compliance with GDPR. Your use of Sense Chat will not impact your current GDPR compliance program. As always, you can use the tools we provide in our online documentation to maintain compliance with GDPR.
OpenAI will process data as a Contentsquare subprocessor for the purposes of the Sense Chat Beta. Please see Contentsquare's subprocessor list. You can read more about OpenAI's privacy practices in their Enterprise Privacy at OpenAI doc and OpenAI's Security Panel.
Ownership of inputs and outputs
The ownership of Sense Chat inputs and outputs is addressed in the AI Service Schedule. Customer Data remains the property of the Customer.
Internal access to input and output data
Contentsquare may use input and output data to improve Sense, in accordance with our agreement. Access to input data is restricted to Heap employees with internal dashboard access. Access to output data is restricted to the Sense Chat engineering team. Additional employees may be granted access as needed.
