No. Any responses to a customer’s question would only be able to create a chart based on that customer’s data. The response from OpenAI is a set of instructions for Heap’s web app on which type of chart to create, which events/segments/properties to use, and any modifiers to a query (such as a filter or a grouping). AI CoPilot then takes these instructions and generates the chart inside the logged-in Heap app, just like an end user would manually do in the Analyze tab of the Heap app.
The AI CoPilot only has access to what the end user would already have access to inside the Heap environment they’re currently authorized to access (via password, SSO, etc). Therefore, a Heap user from one customer account could not access any data pertaining to another customer account because they are not authorized to access that other customer account’s data.
