How can I tell if an S3 sync is completed for today?

Completion of a sync is signaled by the delivery of a new manifest file. You should poll s3://<BUCKET>/manifests/* for new manifests. Once a manifest is delivered, you can process it via your ETL pipeline. To learn more, see ETL Considerations.
