Fivetran Integration

Overview

This feature is only available to customers on the Premier plan or the Pro plan as an add-on. To upgrade, contact your Customer Success Manager or sales@heap.io

The Fivetran integration enables you to send Heap events to your data store destinations.

Setup

To connect Heap to Fivetran, you need:

  • Admin or Architect access to an active Heap account
  • Enabled Amazon S3 export to a bucket in your Heap account
  • For private buckets, an AWS account with the ability to grant Fivetran permission to read from the bucket

Step 1: Enable Heap Connect to S3

Contact us via the Get support page with your S3 bucket information to enable this connection. Once the setup is complete, you can turn on events to send through Fivetran in the Connect UI.

Step 2: Enable the integration in the Fivetran UI

Follow the steps in Fivetran’s documentation to get the integration set up in Fivetran.
