When “no data” or “no results” appears in chart results, it means that Heap does not have any data for one or more of the events, properties, segments, or snapshots used in the chart.
To troubleshoot this issue, double-check the details page for each of the items used in the chart to see if they are receiving data. To do so, navigate to Data, click the relevant menu item (Labeled events, Properties, or Segments) then search for and select the relevant item.
If the item is not receiving data, it may have a “stale” icon and the Analysis Preview section will show that no data has been received.
