This is a privacy setting that is enabled by default to prevent you from accidentally collecting PII (Personal Identifiable Information). You can manage this setting by navigating to Account > Manage > Session replay > Privacy and Security and selecting Most user form input. You can also use the Exclude additional elements option to exclude anything you consider sensitive.
