How do I prevent session replay from capturing certain data, such as passwords and credit card numbers?

Session replay is an add-on feature for paying customers only. You may try the feature for free for 14 days or 10,000 sessions (whichever comes first), after which you must contact Sales to continue use.

Heap session replay does not capture any input or text fields regardless of your privacy settings configurations. This includes all password, credit card numbers, and any other type of form input.
