Your Heap workspace may be locked for the following reasons:
- Trial limits: Your account was on a free trial which exceeded the trial limits, such as the end date, or by having more than 10k sessions per month, and you have not selected a plan. If your workspace is locked because of trial limits, the Admin of your team should see a prompt to select a plan type and upgrade.
- Payment issues: You have a paid account and the payment information on the account was either expired or removed, or an invoice has not yet been paid.
- Admin issues: You may be unsure of what the issues is because your Heap workspace previously only had one Admin, whose login credentials are no longer active (i.e. they left the organization) and a different Admin needs to be added.
