Session replay is an add-on feature for paying customers only. You may try the feature for free for 14 days or 10,000 sessions (whichever comes first), after which you must contact Sales to continue use.
The session replay javascript has been fully tested with the most commonly used web browsers around the world. To avoid any kind of technical conflict, the script will not launch in old browsers (e.g. MSIE 8).
We official support the following browsers for session replay:

- Firefox 31+
- Internet Explorer 11+
- Edge 15+
- Safari 7+
- Opera 25+
- UC Browser 11+
