Step 2: Integrate With Your Warehouse & 3rd Party Tools

You can integrate Heap with a variety of tools to enrich your dataset and answer more complex questions. Pick and choose from our set of integrations to connect to external sources like your CRM tool, email marketing tool, accounting tool, and more, so you can run analysis on that information.

We offer plenty of integrations for you to send in data from outside platforms, such as Appcues, Google Optimize, Segment, Shopify, and many more. See our Integrations page for a full list of platforms you can integrate with.

Heap Connect

This feature is only available to customers on the Premier plan or the Pro plan as an add-on. To upgrade, contact your Customer Success Manager or sales@heap.io

If you want the ability to directly query your Heap data using SQL in a warehouse such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or S3, get Heap Connect. This will allow you to run ad-hoc analyses, connect to BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, or join raw Heap data with your own internal data sources. To learn more, see our Heap Connect Guide.
