Heap Connect is an analytics infrastructure that allows you to tackle complex analysis and directly query your raw event data.
The table below lists features supported by the different destinations that Heap Connect syncs to, which are as follows:
Note for VPC users
cross-region VPC is not supported. Heap syncs from AWS s3 us-east-1. For more information, see Amazon’s documentation on working with VPC endpoints.

Sync Frequency and Start Time
If you need more frequent syncs or to adjust the sync start time, please reach out to us via the Get support page in Heap. Sync completion time depends on when the sync starts, so changing the start time makes the data available at different times throughout the day.

We don’t currently sync Initial User properties downstream in Heap Connect (ex: Initial Marketing Channel, Initial Browser). Please refer to our guidance on Creating an enhanced users table for an example of how to recreate those properties in your warehouse.
