Heap Connect is an analytics infrastructure that allows you to tackle complex analysis and directly query your raw event data.

Sync Frequency and Start Time

If you need more frequent syncs or to adjust the sync start time, please reach out to our support team (support@heap.io). Sync completion time depends on when the sync starts, so changing the start time makes the data available at different times throughout the day.
