Session replay is an add-on feature for paying customers only. You may try the feature for free for 14 days or 10,000 sessions (whichever comes first), after which you must contact Sales to continue use.
Session replay is for Web only. Native mobile (Android, iOS) session replay is not currently supported but is on our roadmap.
You can launch session replays from charts, making it easy to understand why users are dropping off or what users experienced while doing an event you care about.
Session replay while analyzing user behavior:
- Funnels: Watch replays of users dropping off or converting in funnels to identify possible product improvements.
- Journeys: Watch replays of users dropping off or completing a journey to understand why users may have taken one path vs. another.
- Top Events in funnels: Watch replays of users doing common events in between steps.
- Count Events in Usage over Time: Watch replays of users doing a particular event, on a particular day, so you can better explain why a metric might have spiked or dipped.
Session replays from a particular user or user segment: Watch session replays from the Users view (User sessions).
Session replay of a particular event: Watch session replays from the event details page to see examples of that event happening in context. Reviewing & updating event details (Event details page)
